Requirements:• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (from Upper-Intermediate (B2))• Work experience in the field of customer support or call center operator from 1 year• Exceptional communication skills• Willingness to work with people and help them in different situations• Willingness to work according to the schedule: shift 5/2 days (floating weekends) and 24/7 (shift 8 working hours, including nights 2 times a week (with an additional bonus ))Will be a plus:• Knowledge of working with G-suite (Google Workspace: Disc/Sheets/Docs)• Experience with any CRM/ATS Duties:• Communication with customers (phone, email, chat)• Processing orders and enquiries• Keeping records of customer interactions and resolving their issues• Coordinating with the team to meet customer inquiries and provide after-sales service• Participate in training and development
