Requirements: Fluency in English, both written and spoken (from Upper-Intermediate ( B2+))Work experience in the field of customer support or call center operator from 1 year Exceptional communication skills Willingness to work with people and help them in different situations Willingness to work according to the schedule: shift 5/2 days (floating weekends) and 24/7 (shift 8 working hours , including at night 2 times a week (with an additional bonus)) Will be a plus: Knowledge of working with G-suite (Google Workspace: Disc/Sheets/Docs) Experience with any CRM/ATS Responsibilities: Communication with customers ( phone, e-mail, chat)Processing orders and inquiries Keeping records of customer interactions and solving their problems Coordinating with the team to satisfy customer requests and provide after-sales service Participation in training and professional development
