We are currently looking for an energetic and responsible Customer Support Specialist who is ready to learn, develop and provide first-class support to our customers. Requirements: Knowledge of English and/or German at the Intermediate Strong level ( B1+) and above; Willingness to handle customer calls in English; Skills of memorizing and processing large volumes of information; Basic knowledge of mathematics; Excellent communication skills; Customer orientation; Willingness to work in night shifts; Desire to learn and develop; Attention, persistence, focus on finding solutions. Will be a plus: Experience working with Softswiss; Proficiency in a second foreign language, namely German; Experience working as an operator in the IGaming industry; High typing speed. Working conditions: Shift work schedule (types of shifts: 9:00 — 18:00; 18:00 — 00:00; 00:00 — 9:00); Full time employment; Remote work format; Competitive salary, which depends on experience and qualifications; Standard benefits (vacation, sick leave, etc.); A dynamic environment for development, where you will have the opportunity to show your potential.
