Customer Support Specialist Kyiv, remotely We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will join our growing team and help increase the level of satisfaction of our customers. Necessary skills: — 1+ year of experience in customer support; —Interest of the pre-game industry; —Literacy, responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance are mandatory; —Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented approach, desire to work on oneself; — Ability to work in multitasking mode; —English language not lower than Upper-Intermediate; — Very fast typing; —A confident Steam user is required; —Experience in the field of financial technologies will be a great advantage. Responsibilities: —Providing written support to clients via e-mail, tickets, messengers, social networks—without calls; —User communication in English/Ukrainian languages; —Internal communication with other departments (marketing, anti-fraud, developers, etc.); —Forwarding customer requests to relevant departments by creating tickets; informing clients about solving identified problems.
