Become a Customer Support Hero
In this role, you’ll be the first line of defense for our valued clients, ensuring their success by providing exceptional support and fostering positive relationships. You’ll leverage your strong communication and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, deliver solutions, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Be a customer champion, proactively understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional support via chat, email, and Google Meet calls, building trust and rapport.
- Partner with product teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product development.
- Identify and report common client issues and bugs, driving product enhancements.
- Manage client expectations effectively, ensuring project scope and timelines are met.
What We’re Looking For:
- B1-B2+ level of English proficiency.
- Minimum experience in customer support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic technical knowledge with the ability to grasp software functionalities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Intercom, Zendesk, or Helpdesk.
- A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to resolve issues.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in the IT industry (a plus!).
