We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our client—one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine. The team focuses on continuous improvement of board characteristics, use of new approaches and technologies. Our own production facilities allow us to quickly implement changes in the idea. Required skills and experience: Work experience in Support from 1 year (communication with clients: chat, mail, calls); Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written); Work experience in Jira or similar; Work experience in CRM; The ability to effectively communicate with users and find out the root of their technical problem; Higher Education. Future responsibilities: Customer consultation by answering all sources of communication: phone, mail, chats; Keeping requests in Jira and CRM; Communication and assistance to other departments within their competence; Receiving, assembling, packing and sending parcels; Reception and inspection of products and accessories, preparation of products and accessories for shipment. Working conditions: Official employment; Vacation — 18 working days a year + 1 day of vacation on a birthday; Ability to create new things, experiment and solve complex tasks; Professional growth and continuous improvement of skills; A team of like-minded and innovative people; Comfortable office on the right bank of Kyiv.
