Customer Support Specialist remotely We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent service on our eCommerce and telemarketing platforms. Remote offer - work from anywhere in the world. Requirements: • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (from Upper-Intermediate (B2+))• Experience in the field of customer support or call center operator from 1 year • Exceptional communication skills • Willingness to work with people and help them in various situations • Willingness to work around the clock: change 5/2 days (floating weekends) and 24/7 (shift of 8 working hours, including at night 2 times a week (additional bonus)) It will be a plus: • Knowledge of working with G-suite (Google Workspace: Disc/Sheets/Docs)• Work experience in such as CRM/ATS Responsibilities: • Communication with customers (phone, e-mail, chat) • Processing of orders and inquiries • Keeping records of interaction with customers and solving their problems • Coordination with the team to satisfy customer requests and provide after-sales service • Participation in training and professional development
