Responsibilities
- Consulting customers in chat, by phone and messengers.
- Assisting in solving questions about orders or services.
- Entering information into the CRM system.
- Transferring complex requests to the appropriate departments.
- Quality control service.
Requirements
- Competent oral and written language.
- Confident PC user.
- Resistance to stress and responsibility.
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
