Customer Support specialist in ARX, Strahova kompaniya

Main responsibilities:

• Accept and register user requests through corporate communication channels (Mail, telephony, corporate portal)
• Information and technical support for users
• Control the monitoring systems of the company's corporate services
• Control the execution and balancing of open requests between specialists of other support lines
• Monitor the emergence of new emergency
• Resolve uncomplicated technical requests from users
• Advise users on technical issues

Basic requirements:

• Experience of 1 year in a position with similar responsibilities
• VO in the field of IT training
• Basic knowledge of system administration;
• Knowledge of basic operating systems, modern messages IT equipment
• Basic knowledge of computer networks
• Knowledge of modern directions in the field of information technology
• Responsibility, communication, stress resistance, attentiveness, ability to plan and organize your work, ability to work in a team
