We are looking for a customer support specialist / account manager who will be responsible for processing orders, preparing commercial proposals, working with complaints and full support of B2B customers.
This is a position for an attentive and systematic specialist with experience in customer support, order processing or commercial sales support.
Main responsibilities:
Reception and processing of customer inquiries (email, telephone, applications).
Providing information on product availability, prices, delivery terms.
Preparation of commercial offers.
Creation and support of orders in the system.
Invoicing.
Work with customer complaints and claims.
Coordination with logistics, quality, finance departments.
Control of order statuses and shipment acceleration.
Analysis of credit limits, balance and financial information of customers.
Working with documents (corrections, cancellations, duplicates).
Participation in the improvement of internal business processes.
Requirements:
Higher or incomplete higher education.
Experience in the field of customer support / customer service / work with customers will be an advantage.
Business correspondence and telephone skills negotiations.
Ability to work with a large amount of information.
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP), CRM or accounting programs.
A confident user of Microsoft Office.
Fluent Ukrainian.
English will be advantage.
Resistance to stress, attentiveness, customer orientation.
Working conditions:
Official employment (through an outstaffing agency).

Schedule: 40 h/week, Mon–Fri.
