Customer support specialist in Fora, TOV

Together with the SUPERFORIVTS team you will:

• Plan the route and accompany couriers on the line
• Receive and process incoming requests (phone, messengers, email)
• Control the execution of routes and adhere to delivery schedules
• Follow service standards and internal company regulations

Important for us:

• Experience in customer support or call center is desirable, but not mandatory
• Competent oral and written Ukrainian language

• Confidence in using a PC (MS Office)

• Basic skills of working with CRM or willingness to learn quickly

• Communicative, polite, customer-oriented

• Ability to work with a large amount of information and requests

• Free communication in Ukrainian
