And now we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help us maintain this level of service in chats and emails. If you type quickly, easily navigate information and want to work in a team that really supports - let's go.
You will communicate with clients in incoming chats and emails.
You will write outgoing chats to clarify information or help.
You will advise customers on orders, payments, shipping, returns, products and marketplace processes.
Quickly find answers in the internal knowledge base and pass complex cases further down the process.
Fluent, literate Ukrainian language and fast dialing.
Attention to details (because they shape the client's experience).
Emotional stability and ability to respond adequately in unexpected situations.
A confident PC user: you work in several windows/systems in parallel.
The ability to focus on tasks, even when they are routine.
Willingness to learn and grow together with the team.
Experience in support services or a similar position.
Experience with CRM.
Super-fast typing is a really noticeable plus.
