Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for communicative people who speak Polish, French or English (level from B1-B2) and want to develop in the field of customer support.

Your main duties:

• Communication with customers (calls / chats / correspondence);

• Consultation, assistance in resolving inquiries, customer support;

• Maintaining a positive image of the company.

Terms:

•  Fixed rate + performance bonuses;
  
  

• Work schedule:
  For French and for the English audience - from 14:00 to 22:45
  For the Polish audience - from 11:00 to 20:00

• Working days: 5/2;
  
  

• Taxi after the evening shift - at the expense of the company;
  
  

• Not remote work (remote format is possible after 2-3 months);
