Main work tasks:

• Serving existing customers of the company in the small and medium segment business;
• Renegotiation of contracts with existing clients;
• Consulting clients regarding the company's range of services and selection of optimal solutions according to their needs;
• Execution of quality indicators on customer retention and service level;
• Reporting and work with internal databases.

You are our candidate if:

• You have experience in customer service or sales (will be an advantage);
• You have a PC and Microsoft Office programs at the level of a confident user;
• Responsible, attentive to details;
• Ready to learn and develop in the field of customer service;
• You have an organized package of documents (in particular, a registration certificate or a military card).
