Your impact:

As a Healthcare Concierge (Customer Support Specialist) you you will process customer requests (tickets). Our highest priority is to provide quality service, fully informing customers about the benefits of available services and the best ways to use their benefits in the shortest possible time. This includes:

  • Processing requests from users for advice and assistance in accessing healthcare services - finding doctors, clinics and other healthcare facilities that best meet customer needs.
  • Interacting with customers via chat and telephone to provide assistance and support in choosing the appropriate level of care. This may include making outbound calls to clients and/or physicians to help schedule appointments, resolve other inquiries.
  • Collaborate with your team, administrative or clinical staff at healthcare facilities to determine the best options to support our customers.
  • Provide a WOW experience and care to our US users.

Your experience and skills:

  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+);
  • Strong critical thinking skills (ability to ask questions, analyze information, find solutions);
  • Well-developed communication skills (ability to effectively use internal and external channels)
  • High level of empathy in daily interactions with customers and colleagues;
  • Responsibility (keeping commitments, timely completion of work);
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team;
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and Google Programs.
  • Experience in Customer Support/Customer Service will be a plus;

Role details:

  • Work schedule 5/2 — Mon-Fri: 3:30 p.m. — 12:00 p.m.;
  • 20 paid vacation dayshe has 12 months, and paid sick leave.
