We are expanding and therefore are currently looking for a "Customer Support Specialist" to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and ensuring high-quality and quick solutions to their problems.

What will you do:

• answer the phone calls technical support;
• set up a virtual PBX in our internal tools;
• advise customers on the correct and high-quality use of our product;
• conduct initial diagnostics of the customer's problem;
• transfer tasks to the second line of technical support or another specialist.

• want to work in the IT field;
• competent and fluent in Ukrainian language;
• you know how to constructively and competently conduct a dialogue with clients;
• you know how to work in a team and take responsibility for work;
