Schneider Electric Ukraine invites a Customer Support Specialist for commercial issues to the customer service team.

Goal positions: 

Ensuring high-quality customer support by promptly resolving inquiries, providing accurate information, processing orders and complaints, as well as interacting with internal company departments to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main duties:

•Receiving and registering customer inquiries (e-mail, applications, phone).

•Sending survey letters, logistics information (availability, prices, terms).

•Preparation of commercial offers, creation of orders, invoicing.

•Processing of complaints, coordination with logistics and quality department.

•Providing financial information (analysis of credit line, balance, shipment restrictions).

•Information about the status of orders, acceleration of shipments upon request.

•Analysis problems in orders, interaction with other departments to solve them.

Requirements for the candidate:

•Skills in business correspondence and telephone communication. Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

•Communication, courtesy, stress resistance.

•Knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic office programs.

•Experience of working with the CRM system (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage).

•B1 level of English.

•Higher or incomplete higher education (willing to consider recent students courses).
