We are growing and want our customers to get the best experience. That's why we're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will help us maintain high standards and become even better.
You will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and other channels communication;
— Explain the rules and policies of the platform in an understandable language;
— Handle requests related to errors or difficulties in using the product;
— Fix bugs and transfer them to the technical team;
— Collect and transfer customer feedback to the appropriate teams;
— Update and supplement the external knowledge base so that customers can independently find answers to their questions.
What we expect:
—Intermediate+ English, communication will be in chat;
— Responsibility and organization.
In addition to businesses, we develop SKELAR foundation - a charitable foundation created by company employees. As part of the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine.
