We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist for one of the businesses.
Brighterly is a startup building an online math school for children in English-speaking countries. We are already among the top 10 educational platforms for online math tutoring in the US market!
During the 3 years of the project's existence, we:
— Reached the mark of 20,000+lessons/month. We started with 3 tutors, and now there are 600+;
— Gathered a team of 60 professionals;
— Built a personalized educational platform for students and their parents.
Main challenges for the position of Customer Support Specialist:
— Live chats with customers and tutors: solving online requests during the shift;
— Ticket processing: reviewing appeals and finding solutions;
— Proactive calls: communicating with customers to resolve problematic issues;
— Matching: Selecting a relevant tutor on the platform depending on the customer's needs.
The role of Customer Support Specialist is a cool opportunity to be a key link between customers and platform, quickly solve problems and create a positive learning experience.
Work schedule: mornings (7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.); evening (18.00 - 2.00); night (20.00 - 4.00) shifts.
What is important to us:
— Experience in support/customer service (Western markets) or a desire to make a “switch” in IT (experience in communicating with new people);
— Willingness to communicate in English both in chats and and phone (advanced level)
— Multitasking, quick adaptation and attention to details
Will be a plus:experience with CRM, Desk-systems and Omnichannel.
Support in Brighterly is:
— 30 agents are divided into 2 teams, each with its own team lead (you will be a part of one of the teams);
