We are expanding our Customer Support team and are looking for specialists who have a passion for solving problems. In this role, you will play a key role in meeting user needs and optimizing our leading Health & Fitness and Edutainment products for mobile and web platforms.
This is how you can grow in the position of Customer Support Specialist in our team:
Be a hero for users: You will provide exceptional support by responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues related to our cutting edge Health & Fitness products for mobile and web platforms. This includes resolving issues via email and online chat (in writing only), providing users with support and an opportunity to be heard.App Store and Google Play gurus: Actively monitor and analyze user feedback on the App Store and Google Play platforms. By identifying trends and areas for improvement, you will directly contribute to the continuous development of our products.
Maintain a personalized approach: While providing accurate and effective solutions, you will prioritize building positive relationships with our valuable customers.
Become a product expert: Confidently guide users through product features and capabilities, ensuring they get the most out of their experience.
Close communication with other teams: Collaboration is key! You will work closely with Product, QA and Marketing teams to effectively report technical issues and communicate valuable user feedback. Acting as a bridge between users and internal teams, you will be instrumental in ensuring a user-centric approach to product development.
Experience sharing: Your expertise will be a valuable asset to the entire support team! You will participate in continuous updates and improvements to our internal knowledge base, providing the team with access to the most up-to-date resourcesand templates for communication.
Needed skills: p>
B2+ level of written and spoken English.
Understanding how products work and reporting bugs and feature requests.
Knowledge of any foreign language will be considered an advantage.
