We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team, who will provide our client with high-quality support.
Responsibilities:
- Providing advice to clients on using our product (e-mail, TG, etc.)
- Help with technical issues and software problems
- Maintenance of the request and knowledge base, preparation of instructions for users
- Interaction with other departments of the company to solve client requests
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position from 1 year
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to quickly solve problems and work in conditions of a large amount of information
