About the team:

Currently, the team consists of 6 specialists and a leader. PromOplata Team provides advisory assistance to buyers and sellers on orders with Prom-Oplata.Prom payment is a safe way to pay for orders on Prom.ua.


What is important for this role:

  • have successful experience in customer support (calls/e-mail/skype/chat)

  • write competently in Ukrainian

  • ability to write texts clearly, to explain complex information simply

  • a sincere desire to help each client, looking for both standard and non-standard ways

  • independence in decision-making based on the analysis of collected information

  • attention to detail

  • be able to work with a large amount of information

  • be able to justify your opinions

  • flexibility, the ability to quickly switch between tasks

  • initiative, readiness for changes and restructuring or improvement of processes


Would be an advantage:

  • experience in the banking sector in dealing with issues related to transactions, complaints and disputes


Tasks:

  • work with requests for Prom-payment through the system slthanks to Zendesk support

  • communication with logistics partners via Zendesk and Telegram

  • cooperation with other departments of the company


Tools:

  • slack

  • telegram

  • kibana

  • working calendar


Stages of selection:
