Responsibilities of the customer support operator:
- receiving chat and telephone inquiries from customers (incoming line only), providing advice on company services, questions on purchasing goods from Chinese marketplaces and delivering parcels from from China to Ukraine;
- work with inquiries and complaints in the administrative panel of the www.meest.cn site, offering optimal solutions;
- communication with the procurement department and warehouse in China on issues that arise;
- reporting.
Requirements:
- experience as a call center consultant/operator;
- confident PC user;

- competent oral and written communication;
- ability to work with several sources of information at the same time (chat + telephone);< /li>
- ability to identify client needs, good communication skills, punctuality.
