Basic< /b>responsibilities:

• Process requests from tourists/passengers
• Interact with partners to resolve tourist issues
• Work with the reservation system (confirmation of reservations, making changes , informing tourists about changes, etc.)
• Accept incoming calls
• Look for and propose optimal solutions for customers
• Provide advisory support to customers/prospects
< li>Make outgoing informative calls

What we expect:

• Ability to learn
• Customer orientation
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language< /li>
• Proficiency in English at level B1 and above
• Experience as customer support or experience in tourism and hotel and restaurant field will be a plus
