As a co-founding company, Genesis first provides promising startups with the necessary resources and expertise to develop, and then accompanies the project until it becomes an independent business. Currently, 25 projects are being developed in our ecosystem in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce and R&D.
We are looking for a team an ambitious Customer Support Specialist who will work closely with the development team and handle various requests from Genesis ecosystem projects.
Tasks waiting for this role:
- communication with users, handling feedback and complaints using chats and e-mails;
- transfer of complex tickets from users to the development team
- multitasking in processes;
- providing an empathetic and responsive service to meet the needs of our users;
- communication with developers, formation of tasks related to bugs in the system;
- work with the internal administration system.
What we expect from you:
- English at Intermediate level;
- excellent communication skills;
- ability to write easy-to-understand concise instructions and polite responses to customer complaints;
- ability to structure tasks;
- attention, persistence and orientation towards finding solutions;
- critical thinking.
Would be preferred:
- experience in customer support;
- experience working with basic CRM systems.
