Requirements:

• English Intermediate+
• Competent oral and written Ukrainian language
• Sure knowledge of PC and office programs Google sheets/docs
• Understanding principles of working with appeals: reception, processing, registration, systematization, prioritization
• Kindness and a high level of empathy

Responsibilities:

• Product customer support
• Prompt response to user requests
• Communication with developers to eliminate bugs received from users.
• Security office (purchase of water, snacks and stationery)

It will be a plus:

• experience in Customer Support
• English Upper Intermediate
