We are looking for Customer Support Specialistwith more than 2 years of work experience and confident English which willrespond promptly and qualitatively to the requests and feedback of our customers, and will also maintain high standards of service quality for users of our product.
Zeely is a mobile app that helps small businesses to promote their products and services using AI-generated creatives and online advertising. We are partners of Google for Startups and Meta, TechCrunch and Forbes wrote about us, and most importantly, we have more than 50,000 users in the US and we continue to grow actively.
What you need to join us:
- proficiency in written and spoken English at the Upper-Intermediate level and aboveability to communicate politely and meaningfully
- caring and a sincere desire to help users- responsibility for the result and the ability to take optimal solution
- willingness to be flexible in terms of forming the work schedule ( you need to work on different days of the week and in different shifts, but all shifts are clearly standardized by hours).
Would be a plus:
- experience with Intercom or other automated support solutions
-experience working in Customer Support teams
- experience in working with mobile applications.
You will have the following tasks and challenges:
- communication with users, work with reviews and requests using e-mail (ticket system in Intercom) and social networks
- multitasking in processes, it is important for us that you handle each request with equal dedication
- providing empathetic and responsive service to meet the needs of our users
- advising users on product functionality
- collection and analysis of feedback from users
interaction with the product, marketing and development teams.
