Currently, we are strengthening the team and inviting Customer Support Specialist.

What is important? Speaking English C1, (we work in English with native speakers),

• Sociability, competent language, high personal and communicative qualities.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information.
• Analytical/Synthetic composition thinking
• Experience in a US environment or in a similar role in US logistics would be an advantage.
• Perseverance, attention to detail.
• Quick decision-making, responsibility

The tasks include:

• Monitoring the movement of drivers along routes,

• Controlling the movement and delivery of cargo,
• Filling in the CRM system,
• Providing timely support in resolving non-standard situations related to cargo delivery.

Working hour: Mon-Fri from 03 p.m. to 01 a.m., Saturday, Sunday off; До 22 .30 ви працюєте в офісі, повертаєтесь до дому (таксі за рахунок компанії) ті працюєте до 01 ночі. The work schedule is constant.

Salary stable payment until the 5th of every month
