We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent service on our eCommerce and telemarketing platforms. Remote offer - work from any corner of the world. Requirements: • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (from Upper-Intermediate (B2+)) • Experience in the field customer support or call center operator from 1 year • Exceptional communication skills • Willingness to work with people and help them in various situations • Willingness to work a schedule: shift 5/2 days (floating weekends) and 24/7 (shift 8 working hours, including night 2 times a week (additional bonus) )Will be a plus:• Knowledge of working with G-suite (Google Workspace: Disc/Sheets/Docs)• Experience of working with any CRM/ATS Duties:• Communication with clients (phone, e-mail, chat)• Processing orders and inquiries• Keeping records on interaction with clients and solving their problems • Coordination with the team to meet customer requests and provide after-sales service • Participation in training and professional development
