Our current project "Digital Skills" specializes in the development of online training in such areas as: SMM, marketing, analytics, etc. Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for an energetic and motivated specialist to work in our team. In this role, you will help our students in various difficult situations, help with setup and other technical points. Tasks: Ensuring communication with existing students and consulting on issues of our products and services. Basic knowledge of Word and Excel programs. Reporting on work done. Setting up work processes. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 months. Attention, multitasking , critical thinking. Competent oral and written languages.
