Meest China is an international postal and logistics company specializing in the delivery of commercial cargo and postal parcels from China to Ukraine and to a number of other countries. ; trial period — 1 month; possibility to choose a convenient work schedule for yourself: shift — 2/2 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (during the trial period — Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), or Monday-Friday slaughterhouse from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; official employment (paid sick leave, vacations); remote work format (it doesn't matter to us what town you are in), we provide a working laptop and a headset; partial compensation for the cost of English language courses; after 3 months at work there is an opportunity to choose one of the benefits: health insurance, payment for the gym, training compensation, corporate meals, care for mental health; a mentor during the adaptation period who will always help and advise on difficult and non-standard requests from customers. Responsibilities of the customer support service operator: receiving chat and phone calls from customers (incoming line only), providing advice on company services, issues of purchasing goods from Chinese marketplaces and delivering parcels from China to Ukraine; working with inquiries and complaints to the administrative panel of the website www.meest.cn, offering optimal solution options; communication with the department repurchase and warehouse in China of emerging issues; reporting. Requirements: experience working as a consultant/call center operator; confident PC user; competent oral and written communication; ability to work with several sources of information at the same time (chat + phone); ability to identify client needs, good communication skills, punctuality.
