Responsibilities of the customer support service operator: receiving chat and phone calls from customers (incoming line only), providing advice on the company's services, issues related to the purchase of goods from Chinese marketplaces and the delivery of parcels from China to Ukraine; working with requests and complaints in the administrative panel of the www.meest.cn website, offering optimal solutions; communication with the purchase department and warehouse in China with questions that arise; reporting. Requirements: experience working as a consultant/call center operator; confident PC user; competent oral and written communication; ability to work with several sources of information at the same time (chat + phone); ability to identify client needs, good communication skills, punctuality.
