At this point, Zelh is looking for a Customer Support Representative.About client:The logistics company with more than 10 years of experience in the USA. Every employee will receive proper training and all the tools that would give you a great opportunity to learn much more about the industry.Responsibilities:Coordinating and supportinglogistics process;Day-to-day communication with customers;Working with data according to this field;Taking part incalls from clients and vendors (big priority);Providing great interpersonal and communication skillsto all customers;Other duties as required by business needs or as assignedWorking conditions:The schedule: Shifts 14:00-23:00; 15:00-23:30; 22:00-6:30(Mon-Fr ); 13:00-21.00(Mon-Fr); 05:00—13:30 (Mon-Fr);Young and friendly staff in a modern office close to a convenient road junction;The company covers taxi expenses if you start/finish your shift in non-business hours;Competitive salary;Paid vacation and sick days.Required skills:B2 English is a MUSTPC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred);Communication, self-organization, and leadership skills;Ability to work in a stress/paced environment;Ability to work in a team environment, and be a team player;Ability to learn quickly
