We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative for one of our businesses - Spirio to raise the bar for results!
is the business of SKELAR, which creates a learning platform with courses, guides and practices based on Eastern philosophies. Our goal is to help people enjoy life and experience more happiness.

The product is at an important stage of transformation: we are building our own quality culture, processes and work standards from scratch - and you can be a part of this process!

What will be in your area of responsibility:
— Handling incoming customer requests (tickets);
— Escalation of technical problems and difficult situations to responsible teams;
— Participation in team calls and regular 1:1 meetings;
— Compliance with internal processes and instructions;
— Helping new team members to adapt;
— Collection and transfer of feedback from customers;
— Work according to SLA and KPI.

— Level of written English — B2+ (Upper-Intermediate);
— Strong communication skills;
— Attention to detail;
— Ability to effectively manage time;
— Proactivity;
— Stress resistance.
