Customer Support Representative (Spanish&English) in Quarks

We are currently looking for an experienced specialist for the position of Customer Support Representative (Spanish&English), who will be able to strengthen the support team. We expect such a person to be able to strengthen the team and provide quality support to our users.

You will have the following tasks:

• Providing customer support services to users of the site: solving user problems, determining the cause of the problem, choosing and explaining the best way to solve it
• Interaction with customers of our website, answering the most frequently asked questions and solving problems with paying for services
• Providing customer support through chat and tickets
• Adherence to communication procedures, guidelines and policies

It is important to us:

• Spanish language level: Upper-Intermediate+
• English language level: Upper-Intermediate+
• Ukrainian language: fluent
• Developed communication skills, stress resistance

• Availability of a personal computer, round-the-clock access to the Internet
