Thus, inour company for the first month ofworkyou will earn from $ 850.You will haveacombined schedule, which containsday shifts (from 2 p.m till 10:30 p.m) andnight shifts (from 10 p.m till 6:30 a.m), depending onthe need ofteam.Schedule 5/2, weekends inarow, however they are floating, like this month itcan beSun-Mon (the whole month), next month— itcan beMon-Tue (all month).What responsibilities will you have:·Solve arising incidents with users: analyze incoming tickets, live chats and phone calls, conduct investigations, communicate with users, fully satisfying their requests for cases. Itwill take 60% ofyour working time;Communicate closely with the moderation team, partners and customers, 20% ofthe time;Update knowledge bases, constantly improve the processes ofcommunication with users, 10% oftheir working time;Itwill take 10% ofthe time toprepare reports onuser requests.But your main task will be:Solve customer requests;Find answers totheir questions, with which wewill help you;Create high-quality communication between adjacent units.Weexpect that:you have atleast 6 months experience inclient support inEnglish;Your level ofEnglish isupper intermediate+, fluent speaking English ;you have strong English communication skills via e-mail and phone.Would beanadvantage:experience with Zendesk and/or other customer support systems;experience with manuals, rules and standards for communication with customers;you know what customer-friendliness isand can successfully apply itduring your working process;you boast about psychological skills and are able tofind common language even with the most difficult customer.What else are wehappy tooffer you:Employment:Official employment, 3 weeks ofvacation and paid sick leave;Equipment: powerful hardware, additional monitors, specialized gadgets— all for solving large-scale problems and experiments;Continuous development: wepay for trainings, seminars sothat you can grow professionally and keep abreast ofthe latest trends.
