Now we are looking forCustomer Support Representative who will provide quality services for our client project. Our client specializes in providing corporate mobility software solutions. They offer a platform designed to improve sales performance and empower teams with intelligent content management and automation tools. The software focuses on improving customer engagement, sales performance and overall organizational effectiveness through mobility capabilities.
Requirements:
- Experience with SaaS projects up to 1 year
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (Upper-Intermediate level at least);
- Highly developed communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage own time, setting and meeting own deadlines for satisfaction of needs
- Ability to successfully balance between several tasks at the same time
- Willingness to work with people and help them in issues of different levels of complexity;
- Ability to act in non-standard situations;< /li>
- The ability to explain complex things in simple words
- Ability to work in different shifts

- Knowledge of Zendesk or Salesforce
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers through various channels such as calls, chats and emails;
- Assisting customers with their queries;
- Troubleshooting and development problem solving;
- Retaining information about customer interactions, transactions and feedback, as well as actions taken to resolve their problems;
- Coordinating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide further services as needed
Conditions:
- The main format of work is remote;
- The trial period lasts for 2 months;
- The working schedule is from Monday to Friday inclusive;
- 1st shift - 15:00 - 23:30, 2nd shift - 17:00 - 01:30, 3rd shift 20:30 - 5:00 (Ukraine time zone)
- 2 fixed weekends on week (Saturday and Sunday)
