Customer support representative (Romanian-Ukrainian speaking) in pleso therapy

Ukrainian startup pleso therapy in connection with the expansion to the European market invites to its team of Specialist in the Support Team with knowledge of the Romanian language.

pleso therapy is an online psychotherapeutic platform that makes therapy convenient and helps clients find their psychotherapist

Duties that will be performed by an employee of the Support Team:

• respond in a timely manner to requests and appeals of Platform users (Team support is the main link in the process of communication Client-Team pleso-Psychotherapist).
• provide technical support to clients and psychotherapists of the Platform in Ukrainian and Romanian
• help in written communication in the Romanian language to other employees of the Platform: proofread and translate texts, help to answer in work chats, in email communication.
• take a direct part in the process of fulfilling operational tasks of the company and the team< /li>
• maintain appropriate documentation on tasks, cooperate with other team members
• perform work in accordance with established regulations and instructions in the relevant Platform programs
• project assistance with translation of internal instructions into Romanian language.
• writing short texts in Romanian with descriptions according to a clear structure (if you have the appropriate skills)

What we expect:

• we need a sufficient level of command of written Romanian language. We entered the international market and quality communication with foreign clients is important to us.
• well-developed soft skills, the ability to ethically formulate an opinion and convey it to the user
• competent written language (Ukrainian and Romanian), business correspondence skills, since all communication takes place through messengers and e-mail (no calls)
• multitasking within the scope of job duties and the ability not to lose tasks :)
• ability to quickly understand the problem and find ways to solve it, technical literacy
• everything else - we teach :)

Working conditions:

• all you need to work is your laptop and stable internet
• we offer a flexible flexible work schedule that is posted weekly
• work schedule within support hours 9 :00—22:00 on weekdays and 10:00—19:00 on weekends, shifts of 30-40 hours per week (upon agreement)
