• Polish spoken/written level from B2 (important: business vocabulary);
• Experience in online chats/tech. support (will be an advantage);
• Competent and fast construction of sentences without losing the quality of correspondence;
• Type speed not less than 160 characters/min;
• Advanced PC user, administration skills (Windows) are desirable;

Your daily tasks will be:

• Supporting users in the incoming chat mode;
• Identifying the motive of the client's appeal;
• Analyzing the problems that arise for the user and searching for solutions to the problem;
• Communicating with other company departments and generating reports for the relevant departments;
