We pay attention to your Hard-skills:

• Polish spoken/written levelfrom B2 (important: business vocabulary);
• Experience in online chats/tech. support (will be an advantage);
• Competent and fast construction of sentences without losing the quality of correspondence;
• Type speed not less than 160 characters/min;
• Advanced PC user, administration skills (Windows) preferred;

Also, important for us Soft-skills:

• Multitasking, flexibility;
• Time management;
• Tolerance, respect, altruism;

Your daily tasks will be:

• User support in the incoming chat mode;
• Identification of the motive of the client's appeal;
• Analysis of problems, that arise for the user and the search for solutions to the problem;
• Communication with other departments of the company and reporting to the relevant departments;
