- Competent and fast construction of sentences without losing the quality of correspondence;
- Type speed not less than 160 characters/min;
- Advanced PC user, administration skills (Windows) preferred;

- Multitasking, flexibility;
- Time management;

Your daily tasks will be:
- User support in the incoming chat mode;
- Identification of the motive of the client's appeal;
- Analysis of problems, that arise for the user and the search for solutions to the problem;
- Communication with other departments of the company and reporting to the relevant departments;
