When selecting candidates for the position of Customer Support Representative with knowledge of the Polish language, we pay attention to:
Hard-skills:
- Fluency in Polish;
- Experience in online chats/tech. support (will be an advantage);
- Competent and fast construction of sentences without losing the quality of correspondence;
- Type speed not less than 160 characters/min;
- Advanced PC user, administration skills (Windows) preferred;

Your daily tasks will be:
- User support in the incoming chat mode;
- Identification of the motive of the client's request;
- Analyzing the problems that arise for the user and searching for options for solving the problem;
- Communication with other departments of the company and reporting for relevant departments;
