Customer Support Representative (online school) in Sklyaro

Recruiting agency Sklyaro is looking for a support representative for a modern online school. We need a communicative, organized and detail-oriented specialist who will help students and provide quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting students in chat, messengers or by phone.

• Help with access to lessons, platforms and educational materials.

• Resolving technical and organizational inquiries students.

• Transferring complex requests to relevant departments.

• Maintaining a polite and professional tone of communication.

• Keeping brief reports on appeals.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of customer support will be an advantage.

• Competent Ukrainian and preferably English (basic level).

• Ability to formulate answers quickly and clearly.

• Ability to work in an online environment (CRM, chat platforms, Google Workspace).

• Resistance to stress, politeness, desire to help people.
