Responsibilities:
Consulting students in chat, messengers or by phone.
Help with access to lessons, platforms and educational materials.
Resolving technical and organizational inquiries students.
Transferring complex requests to relevant departments.
Maintaining a polite and professional tone of communication.
Keeping brief reports on appeals.
Requirements:
Experience in the field of customer support will be an advantage.
Competent Ukrainian and preferably English (basic level).
Ability to formulate answers quickly and clearly.
Ability to work in an online environment (CRM, chat platforms, Google Workspace).
