We are seeking a  Customer Support Representative to provide excellent service for our client project (Night shifts). Our client’s product allows millions of photographers to make incredible images faster. Their award-winning software automates photo editing with the power of AI yet leaves all the creative control in the hands of the artist.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months experience in Customer Support;
• Experience working with Photoshop and Lightroom;
• Upper-intermediate English is a MUST;
• Experience working on night shifts;
• Excellent communication skills;
• High level of personal responsibility;
• Positive attitude :)

Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve all customers’ complaints and requests only in chat + emails
• Answer technical and billing questions
• Analyse and assess customers’ needs
• Deliver information about the benefits of the products to turn potential customers into paid ones
• Questions related to licenses and activations, promo and sale questions
• Managing returns and refunds

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of Windows/Mac Operating Systems + experience in optimization OS’s work
• Interest in photography
• Photographer Portfolio
• Knowledge in Zendesk

Work conditions:

• Probationary period: 3 month
• Working hours schedule: 23:00 — 08:00 GMT+3, 5 days a week, a one-hour break
• Floating weekends
• Trainings: up 2 month (10:00-18:00) GMT+3
• 18 days of paid vacation and paid sick days
