Customer Support Representative (night shift, remote) in Skycall

The SkyCall company is looking for a customer support representative for its team! We support customers of online stores in America, Canada and Europe. 

You are our ideal candidate if:

• you speak English at the upper-intermidiate/advanced level;
• you learn quickly;
• you easily adapt to changes; 
• you have technical support for uninterrupted work at home (laptop/computer, internet).

It will be a plus:

Lack of experience is not a problem for us, the main thing is the desire to work and gain new knowledge.

• processing of existing orders in the system;
• assistance to customers in resolving issues and providing information regarding orders.
