We are currently looking for a proactive and ambitious Customer Support Representative with knowledge of the German language at the B2 level -C1 who will join our team full time. The project is very interesting, as are the requests, because the field of E-commerce is a well-known German online store of casual clothes for women. Requirements: Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken; English B1+ level; Customer-oriented approach; Analytical skills and the ability to further develop solving problems with attention to detail; Multitasking, ability to work under pressure and a flexible schedule; Organization and clarity in the work process; Confident PC user; Readiness for constant changes and innovations. Responsibilities: Communication with clients using various channels, such as calls, chats and lists; Processing of orders, forms , applications and inquiries from customers; Storing information about customer interaction, transactions and feedback, as well as actions taken to solve their problems; Coordination with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide further services as needed; Participation in trainings to expand product knowledge and improve skills as Customer Support Representative; Maintaining a positive, responsive and professional attitude towards clients; Processing returns; Writing letters about products that are not available. Conditions: Work format — remote; Trial period lasts 1.5 months; 2 days off: Sunday or any other day; Shift work : 1 shift— 09:00—18:00; 2nd shift 10:00—19:00 — Kyiv time.
