Use our customer service tools professionally and process individual customer inquiries by phone, email and chatWork with the database of orders and processing orders on various trading platforms such as Amazon, EtsyCommunicate with other departments and support us in increasing customer satisfactionFollow up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service.Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools.Qualifications and skills:German language proficiency (C2-C1 level). 2-3 years experience in Customer Support / Telemarketing or any related field.E-commerce experience preferred but not required.Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, eDesk)Strong communication skills and ability to problem solve.Attention to details, multitasking, time management, follow up.Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
