We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative with knowledge of the German language for our partner company, which has taken a leading position in the field of educational projects in the DACH market. We are looking for a proactive and communicative specialist who will help our clients get the best smooth experience from using our services. ❓What tasks will you need to do? Communicating with clients, answering their questions and providing information about the fulfillment of orders. Understanding the needs of each client to build a personal relationship communication and providing quality support. Monitoring the fulfillment of orders to ensure the satisfaction of customer needs. Interaction with a team of freelance writers to obtain the best result. 🔎 What do we expect from you? Knowledge of the German language at the B2 level. Previous sales/customer support experience (will be an advantage). Excellent communication skills. Self-organization, multitasking. ✅Stages: 1st stage: communication with the recruiter. 2nd stage: test task. 3rd stage: interview. 4th stage: collection of references. 5th stage: job offer!
