We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative with knowledge of the German language for our partner company, which has taken a leading position in the field of educational projects in the DACH market. We are looking for a proactive and communicative specialist who will help our clients get the best smooth experience from using our services.

What do we expect from you?

• Knowledge of the German language at the B2 level.
• Previous sales/customer support experience (will be an advantage).
• Excellent communication skills.

• Self-organization, multitasking.

   

Stages:

The trial period for this position is 3 months, during which we will get used to it and work together.
