We are currently looking for a proactive and ambitious Customer Support Representative with B2-C1 German language skills to join our team full-time. The project is very interesting, as well as the requests, since it is the field of E-commerce — a well-known German online casual clothing store. Requirements: Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken; English B1+ level; Customer-oriented approach; Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; Multi-tasking, ability to work under pressure and with a flexible schedule; Organized and clear-headed in the process of work; Confident PC user; Willingness for constant change and innovation. Responsibilities: Communicating with customers through various channels such as calls, chats and emails; Processing orders, forms, applications and requests from customers; Maintaining information about customer interactions , transactions and feedback, and the actions taken to resolve their issues;Coordinating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and providing follow-up services as needed;Participating in training to increase product knowledge and skills as a Customer Support Representative;Maintaining a positive, responsive and professional attitude to customers; processing returns; writing letters about products that are not available. Conditions: The format of work is remote; The trial period lasts 1 month; 2 days off a week: Sunday and any other day; Shift work: 1 shift — 09:00—18:00; 2nd shift 10:00—19:00 — Kyiv time.
