Job Description:Working days: 5 working days / weekWorking hours:Monday — Friday 18:00 — 02:00 Kyiv timePosition Duties:During your working day you will be working with existing client base and schedule appointments for annual technical service of water equipment:You will record / process reservations for regular service appointments for existing clients made by phone/emailWork on inbound (phone) line.Maintains high quality of correspondence and accuracy of information input into reservationsRequirements:Proven knowledge of English (B2+) / Russian (Native, C1) .Ability to work both independently and within a team environmentAbility to work remotely (!) and be self-managedWillingness to work during evening/night hoursCall centre or Administrator experience is a plus but not a mustCompetencies that we’re looking in a successful candidate:Solutions Orientated, Initiative, Collaboration, Organisational commitment, Customer Focus, Ability to work under minimal supervision, Organization & Planning, Results Orientated, Problem Solving & Information Gathering, Resilience & Adaptability.
